I have been deeply connected to the sea since childhood, have collected treasures on beaches and that is why I moved to Greifswald many years ago. On numerous excursions in the surroundings of this old Hanseatic city - many of them with my child - I have opened up the most beautiful places where the country meets the sea. As a certified nature and landscape guide and volunteer area manager of a protected area in the Ryckniederung (Ryck lowlands), I have also acquired a lot of systematic knowledge about the huge ecosystems. I like to incorporate elements of nature and wilderness education into my tours so that you really come into contact with the nature that surrounds us.
It is important to me to show different groups the smaller and larger natural treasures where they would least suspect them: the magical places and niches that are away from tourist hotspots. It is a special experience for all groups to get in touch with nature in these places and to watch others, especially children, when they get in touch. I am always happy to be able to organize this encounter and to give you the opportunity to really get in touch with nature.
The area around Greifwald offers the most diverse places where the country meets the sea. I have been inspired by it since I was a child and I want to share this inspiration with others. The Greifwalder Bodden and the Peenetal are home to many magical opportunities to experience nature up close and away from the usual trails. I would be happy to take you to these places.
