Lithuanian Guide Training in Times of Corona

After a tensed global situation with the majority of countries under lockdown, Lithuania slowly re-opens public gatherings. Thus, we can announce the restart of our Nature guide training course! We had to stop with the whole world in March too, having just entered the training part of very practical nature interpretation activities, such as learning edible and non-edible plants. But now in June and July we will continue our Nature interpretation module with key experts in field leadership, sensual experiences, nature photography and active tourism. We will have one weekend with professional nature guide and ornithologist Marius Karlonas to learn practical nature organization skills and tour leading. And fingers crossed that our lecturer Randy Gunnar Lange will be able to come from Norway! Still we have almost 30 very motivated participants willing to finish the course and become nature guides as part of the South Baltic Nature Guide Network!
